I am a creative, dynamic and results-driven professional, with 7 years of experience in the high volume, high mix production environment. I’ve shaped my career focused on Continuous Improvement by combining strong human communication skills and formal business knowledge. I’ve developed skills managing tools such as “9 step problem solving”, A3 methodology, Management for daily improvement boards, establishing GEMBA walks & standard work. With these tools I implemented a visual management device to track daily performance of each production cells, this process was standardize across production for two major business units. The deployed process uses these tools to also identify and implement corrective actions for deviated performance of any primary metric.
