Advisor and expert in the areas of leadership, partnerships and communication with a special focus on children's rights, equal opportunities and sustainable development. Experienced leader, negotiator and communicator. Until recently State Secretary for children's rights and equal opportunities with a special responsibility for the government proposal to make the Convention of the Rights of the Child into Swedish national law, as well as for the new national goals and governance structures for equal opportunities between women and men. Have a long experience in working in partnership with the public and the private sector as well as with civil society. Was member of the Executive Committee of the of the Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children based on the goal 16.2 in the Global Agenda. Responsible for the first Solutions Summit to end violence against children in Stockholm in February 2018. Has extended experience in working as policy advisor to Swedish PM as well as two European Commissioners. Within these functions I have covered the policy areas of sustainable development, the environment and employment and social policies. I am an experienced communicator and have also assumed the roles of Head of Communication and Spokesperson of the European Commission Representation in Sweden. I developed and managed a think tank named Global Challenge. I strongly believe in cooperation, partnerships and communication in order to achieve change and in sustainable structures for governance, follow up and review for lasting results. I am a leader who believes in participation and cooperation- especially with young person and children - where communication - internal and external - is a crucial part of the success.
