👋Hello! I'm Perry, Sr. Learning Facilitator focused on talent development in a fast-paced, diverse workforce of 10,000+ employees. 💡 I help with analyzing training needs, developing curriculum & managing small to medium training projects. Most notably, I've remained flexible under new management and remain agile through multiple changes in training delivery and administrative requirements. I've stepped out of my comfort zone & embraced new training topics that align with my company's current business needs. 🤍 My favorite part of my job is seeing when my learners acquire new knowledge and can practically apply it to their roles. In my free time, I enjoy hikes, going to the gym & discovering new food and coffee spots in town. I love coffee, especially cold brew & lattes, hint..hint..in case anyone from work sees this.
