At GitLab, I focus on providing technical sales support. GitLab is the One devOps Platform. From Planning to production, bring teams together in one application. At CrossVista, I had a dual role of technical sales and support, supporting CrossVista Team Server software in the DevOps space. At IBM, much of my focus had been on providing customers with Service Virtualization and Test Automation solutions as well as providing technical enablement to IBM technical and sales resources. In the past at Green Hat software, I was the Director of Pre-Sales as well as a Sr Pre-Sales engineer with a focus on SOA/Integration testing. I also co-authored the automated testing best practices and built some of the applications used to demo the GH software. My specialties include the ability to understand complex customer challenges and articulate a complete technical solution quickly. This also required the ability to quickly understand the customer's service based architectures (web services, restful services, API’s) and message based architectures (mq, jms, Tibco, SAG webmethods, etc.). I have also had numerous client engagements to help troubleshoot critical performance and functional related issues. My strength is the ability to effectively communicate our technology to all levels of management. The combination of strong technical skills with great communication skills is difficult to find in the marketplace. I also have strong analytical and project management skills which are helpful when leading a team.
