I've been involved in electronics all my life. Fixed my first flashlight at age 5 and I've been hooked since. Started tearing everything apart to find how it works and before I know it, by age 12 I'm fixing microwave ovens and VCR's. Excelled in my electronics education and development throughout my high school years. Enlisted in the United States Navy for 6 years and while I was serving I became a experienced radar and radio technician serving on the nuclear aircraft carrier USS George Washington CVN-73. I was honorably discharged after attaining the rank of E5, (NCO) Second Class Petty Officer. Using the Navy College Fund I earned while enlisted to pay for my education, I graduated from Northeast Iowa Community College with my Associate's degree and also served as the president of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society my last year of school. Presently I have acquired over 15 years of manufacturing experience of GPS based navigation and missile guidance systems, attained a FCC Extra Class amateur radio license (AD0AR) and FAA SUAS certificate FA3HYYKN44.
