Pete joined CHI in October of 2006 and as a National Group Leader is responsible for the CHI Connect Shared Services Operations, supporting Accounts Payable and Expense Reporting, Procurement, Human Resources, Payroll and HRIS. He also serves as a member of the Operations Leadership Group, National Leadership Team, ITS Service Operations Advisory Council and HR Operations Leadership Council. Pete has over 20 years experience in business and shared services management and prior to CHI held positions as Senior Vice President for SITEL Corporation, a leading global contact center outsourcing company and Vice President of Voice Products for First Data Corp.
