Pete Kuc

Pete Kuc, Co-Founder of MAY Real Estate Group, comes with over 10 solid years of comprehensive real estate experience. Originally from Lake Mary, Florida; after pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, he relocated back to Central Florida and began his real estate career. He joined forces with Centex Destination Properties as a National Sales Executive and with his aptitude that he displays of tenacity, dedication and competitive spirit by nature; he quickly secured the role as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Pete’s track-record of success during his tenure with Centex earned him Top Sales Executive for 6 consecutive years, closing over $350 million in sales. His multifaceted expertise in the real estate market has given him the advantage to be a leading expert in his field. Throughout his career, Pete has been responsible for managing and overseeing multiple sales offices, regional divisions, sales managers and sales executives. In addition, he has served as a National Sales Trainer; implementing sales training programs to improve performance and executing strategic marketing plans. In 2013, he co-founded MAY Real Estate Group, a brokerage firm serving North Florida; currently representing over 35,000 properties and partnering with Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel in Daytona Beach to head up their sales and marketing initiatives. When not at work, Pete does what he loves the most; raising his three daughters. He is a co-host for a radio show on CBS Sports, which allows him to share his passion of sports. While in college, he served as the Captain of the Varsity Football Team which he attributes to his competitive spirit, discipline, work ethic and integrity. You’ll often find him training for a marathon or triathlon. On his down time, he enjoys reading, fishing, spending time with friends and family, but most importantly embracing every moment he has with his daughters.
