Peter Beenhouwer

After leaving the University of Amsterdam, I have been working in logistics for more than 20 years. After having worked as a customer service representative with an international logistics service provider (mainly handling forest products such as wood, woodpulp and paper), I have advanced into my current position as Manager Customs with the world's leading service provider in temperature controlled storage. I take great pleasure from managing our team of customs professionals to serve our customers to the excellent standard of our organization. It is my goal to further deepen and broaden my knowledge of customs legislation and international logistics in general and to use this knowledge to build a successful career in the field of international trade. I am specialized in international logistics, shipping, forwarding and above all EU customs legislation. I have a profound knowledge of customs law, indirect taxes and compliance.
