I look at the bigger picture and not just the issue when one is presented to me. I'm into deliverables, not hypotheticals. I consider the wider group, not myself or immediate peers. Testing is not a game or something that should be done. It has to be done and has to be done right. I'm respected as someone who is not afraid to say something is right or something wrong, but I won't say that unless I know it's wrong. Roadblocks don't mean turn around and go back. They mean look for another way around. I want my employer and peers to look at me as someone they can rely on to give my all to any project I'm engaged on. That they know I will always go one step further than is required or expected. I want to go home each night and know that I have done the best I could have but tomorrow I will try to go that step further.
