I grew up in Agriculture. I was groomed at a young age to be responsible, be selfless and be a team player, have a work ethic second to none, take on challenges head on, learning the value of a dollar, and be an inventor and think outside the box. After high school, I took business management classes in college to sharpen my business skills to stay on the same career path. After completing college, I made the decision to take a different path. Agriculture and my upbringing has been instrumental in building my 25+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and supply chain operations. My success comes from strong leadership skills, building & maintaining relationships with Production personnel, planners, buyers, and suppliers. I push to optimize daily operational & supply chain requirements in manufacturing facilities.
