Peter Comaroto

I am currently a master’s candidate in the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business with an expected graduation date of May 2023. Over the last two years of my professional career, I have gained valuable experience at Charles Schwab in understanding the management of expenses and revenue for a very large and complex organization. My experiences have contributed to my knowledge of financial institutions, personal finance, and how money circulates across the globe. During my time at UMass as a student of Finance and Sports Management, I developed a conversational understanding of financial markets and the understanding that real estate is at the core of many financial decisions. Whether that is funding a new sporting stadium, or a financial company opening up a branch in a specific geographic area. Thinking back, this is where my interest in real estate really started to take shape.
