Peter Demidovich

As a fulltime Realtor for over 20 years, I have been intricately involved in the lives of hundreds of my past clients. Real estate is not just a job to me, it is a career. I currently serve as a director for The Long Island Board of Realtors (26,000 members), since 1999 and currently serve on the board of the New York State Association of Realtors (56,000 members) since 2004. I have served and chaired many of the LIBOR committees, Executive, Professional Standards, By-Laws and Legislative. I am a lifelong resident of Long Island and have many business and volunteer ties to our community. Including, the Boy Scouts, The BPO Elks, The Chamber of Commerce and The Huntington Historical Society. I feel that all my community involvement helps me stay informed and current while keeping me connected to the local community. Understanding and working in the Probate Business is something that has evolved naturally in my Real Estate career. As past clients, and friends and family reached out for help, I became the Resource for help and advice that they needed. My knowledge of the Long Island Real Estate Market along with 20 years of doing business with contractors, engineers and tradesmen allowed me to find answers and help my clients needs.
