Respect is something that's earned, not expected, something, I carry with me in my personal and professional life. I don't ask anyone to do something that I myself would not do. Someone cannot lead if they do not know the job themselves. I have held a range of different positions in varied organisations in my working life, understanding how different business cultures and environment operate and effectively adapting my abilities/style to the culture around me. Taking opportunities as they came is something I have learned to jump at each time. I am in my current position because I didn't shy away or fear that I may not be able handle the next opportunity that is in front of me. I am very confident in learning on the job and doing the best for myself and the organisation that the position requires and not afraid to suggest/make changes if I see ways to improve.
