Peter Hofheinz

Peter began work as a planning consultant with Kimley-Horn and Associates, assisting local governments across the State of Florida with comprehensive planning efforts. In 2012 he joined the City of Palm Beach Gardens as a planner, and by 2019 had become the Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning. During his tenure at the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Peter reviewed and managed the review and approval process for a wide variety of complex and multifaceted projects including single-family subdivisions, large commercial centers, professional office parks, industrial warehousing, mixed-use projects, and multifamily projects. In his role as Vice President of Development, Pete Hofheinz identifies and facilitates new development opportunities and provides management support of current projects.
