Since commencing a Bachelors Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning at Griffith University, Peter has excelled in all areas of his studies maintaining a GPA above 6 (out of 7) and has been awarded numerous Academic Excellence and High Achievement certificates. In 2014, Peter completed his university studies graduating with honours. By gaining experience with an engineering firm that is highly involved in the residential development industry in early 2014, Peter has solidified his career pursuit as a multidisciplinary planner who has the ability to perform a number of roles in the development process including planning, design and in particular project management. In March 2015, Peter took on a role as an assistant development manager and within a few months stepped into the acquisitions and development management role for a highly successful property development company based on the Gold Coast. For the past 6 years, Peter has acquired and managed a range of developments from residential land, townhouse, mid and high-rise towers, industrial, community and retail/commercial precincts however his passion remains in residential development. With end to end delivery of over 2000 residential dwellings with exposure in both Queensland and New South Wales during this time, there is no doubt Peter is well on the way to solidifying a long and successful career in the property industry.
