These skills, knowledge and experience have been positively adapted to deal with wide range of environments and situations within the public sector, private industry and community based organizations. I consider my project management knowledge and skills (methodologies and life-cycle planning) to be one of my key professional strengths. I have very broad experience in this area and pride myself on always delivering projects to meet their objectives within the required time frames and budgets. This success can be attributed to my effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills which are fundamental to good project management. I am committed to providing a quality service, communicating effectively at all levels regardless of age, gender, cultural and social background. I am always meeting new challenges with focus and determination and a commitment to continue personal and professional development. My work experience has taught me to look for practical solutions in every situation and my tertiary studies have provided me with an analytic eye and the ability for conceptualization. I always focus on solutions rather than problems. In summary I have developed my knowledge and experience by doing and learning through reflection and lessons learned from projects I have managed. This process has allowed me to learn new skills, new attitudes or even entirely new ways of thinking. I have used this method of learning both consciously and subconsciously throughout my work history and will continue to use this approach in all my future endeavours.
