I have 32 years of experience in the worker's compensation claim industry. The last 27 years with AIG. During my career at AIG, I have been a Claims Analyst, Claims Auditor, Claims Director and now an Assistant Vice President in the excess workers’ compensation claims department. My operation oversees and supervises excess, primary and assumed reinsurance WC claims that are adjusted by Third Party Administrators or self administering employers in 9 jurisdictions. My staff of 8, located in California and New Jersey manages 1,600 claims with total incurred liability of $820M. We specialize in handling primary and excess runoff programs with the goal of closing claims through traditional settlements, buybacks, risk transfers and commutations. I hold professional designations of ARM and AIC. In addition, I hold independent adjuster licenses in 23 States.
