* On a Management Level reporting Directly to the Director of operation or GM ,in charge to look into all aspects of incoming business and team performance of the Reservations Executives and Data entry/Product Executive /Source of business: Hotel Bookings, Group bookings, Transportation, Safaries, Excursions, flight bookings, Visas on client request would be provided with prior notification , also interaction with TA’s and other DMC’s around the world ,presently dealing with GCC countries and soon expansion to Spain. * Supervising the team of Sales / Reservation Agents to keep order / Professionalism and team work during official work hours * Assigning and dispatching of mails through the main Server / Faxes and other relevant duties during work hours * Assistant and substitute to the Reservation Manager in his absence * Playing a respective role in supporting the rest of the team when needed according to time management * Assistant to Revenue Manager in Sorting and Loading Corporate, Contracted Rates using Fidelio Management setup
