Peter Lager is CEO of Arptel, A veteran inventor in Quality of Service (QoS) Management Solutions in the Telecommunication Sector. His dynamic involvement to ensure “Call quality” of international voice services lead him to found Inline AB, Sweden in 1995. For over 15 years Arptel/Inline has focused solely on developing the most advanced QoS testing system for the International Voice operators. In 2010 Arptel’s launch of web based Arptel NetSense™ QoS Management platform in conjunction with the unique World Test Network (WTN) surpasses standard QoS measurement tools by proactively testing alternative Interconnection carrier routes to calculate quality KPI (CLI, FAS, FAX, Voice quality and more) that verify the Customer experience and to proactively secure a consistent Quality Experience to the end user.
