HR Responsible for Arla´s International business´s. Responsible for the International HR Team of app. 50 FTE. Reports to CHRO. Located in Arla Foods HQ, Viby J, Denmark. International is part of Arla Foods amba - a cooperative owned by 9.700 farmers from seven different countries. International covers all market and retail sales responsibility outside Europe for cheese, butter & spreads and milk powder. International has more than 30 offices globally with the main sales offices in New Jersey, USA; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Beijing, China; Dubai, UAE; Lagos, Nigeria; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Toronto, Canada.
