A commercially and people focussed Retail Banking General Manager with 20 plus years experience spanning the breadth and depth of the mortgage value chain in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Australia. Peter has worked with organisations at Executive level into C-Suite and has been trusted to deliver certainty from crisis situations. His breadth and depth of experience enables him to operate vertically and horizontally with stakeholders and employees, alongside major consultancies and suppliers to create and galvanise the necessary alignment to deliver for organisations. Peter is commercial and value driven, bringing imaginative and practical solutions to business problems, with a passion for the customer experience and a proven track record in creating highly engaged and performing teams. He is an MBA graduate (with distinction) from the University of Warwick majoring upon change management.
