Specialties: Production and design of Precision Gears Currently Director & owner of Hero Gears A/S. Trying to be a good boss for 40 employees. These are some of the things I have experience with: - Technical customer support, helping other industrial companies optimizing their Gear boxes, with special focus on Gears. - Technical sales for the Machine Industry. This centers on the actual sales process, negotiating terms and new contracts and day to day business with current customers. This could be either in danish, english or german. - Defining and selecting ERP system, and succesfully implementing it on time together with my good staff. - Optimizing a machine shop, regarding general logistic flow, and optimization of individual machining processes. Included is automisation with heavy flexible robot cells with or without an FMS solution. Keywords are ofcourse lean, kaizen and most of all just pure common sence by working with the bottlenecks. - Procurement of Machine tools, running in of new Machines and teaching new operators. Special focus on gear machinery. - Procurement of technical goods, like oil, steel, tools etc. This centers on finding the best suitable products with the best technical data for the job, and negotiating terms and new contracts.
