Battle Monument Group launched its 5th commercial real estate fund, BMG Yield Fund II, plus a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) which is a pooled asset fund, that is designed to permit investment of "Exchange Funds" from "Relinquished Assets" that qualify for deferral of capital gains under IRS Rule 1031. We currently manage over $140 million in assets. Our funds pool together capital from accredited investors and acquire investment grade, stable properties, We pay investors steady returns at a higher than average yield. The Fund targets single-tenant retail properties, particularly those leased to discount retailers such as Dollar General or Family Dollar. The General Partners are all combat veterans and West Point graduates. We donate up to 10% of the carried interest to various veteran service organizations.
