I do this by: ● nurturing current relationships with plan sponsors and consultants to identify new ways we can add value● developing new business, often through the RFP process, to present our full range of services we can provide● overseeing internal process development for new business—from compliance and employee education to investingI love the challenge of what we do, and knowing that it makes a big difference to these institutions. Away from work, I maintain a positive purpose, enjoying our California weather.
