I am an established Computer Forensics and Electronic Disclosure specialist with fourteen years' experience collecting, extracting and analysing electronic data from a wide variety of sources for review and presentation as evidence in criminal investigations, civil litigations and corporate inquiries. Specialising in Nuix software, I combine my knowledge of their suite of applications and my experience in both the eDiscovery and digital forensics industries to deliver managed review solutions to complex investigations. I regularly work with law enforcement agencies to enable the investigator-led analysis of data in cases sometimes involving hundreds of electronic exhibits and tens of millions of files. I am also a Nuix-accredited trainer, delivering courses in the UK and abroad to forensics and ED professionals across the industry. I am also proficient in meeting the legislation and guidelines surrounding criminal disclosure and have been involved in the validation of methods within an ISO17025-accredited laboratory. I have experience giving evidence as an expert witness in the UK courts.
