Product. In the end, it all comes down to product. The "ooh's", "aah's", and chills down consumers' spines the first time they use a product should be the currency of technology. At Intel, I quickly realized that the aspects of my process engineering role I liked the most were strategic planning and leading the development of new automation and analytics capabilities that solved pain points for my fellow engineers. My MBA studies were an opportunity for me to apply the skills I developed as an engineer to learn how to guide technology organizations forward while delighting users in the process. After a summer internship at Playstation between my 1st and 2nd years, I re-joined Sony PlayStation to create incredible eCommerce experiences on all of the PlayStation platforms.
