Right from the start at Q8 my main focus has been human resource management and by that creating a strong team. It has always been through and with my co-workers my results has been made. The tools of my trade is typically coaching, teambuilding, common acceptance and insight from my personnel. This has from the get go, made it possible for me to meet my deliveries right from the start of a new job, new staff or assignment. My competitive gene from my background as an young elite competitive racing driver, has formed me to always stride for being number 1. My philosophy is to always improve, and this mental state have I usually succeeded to bring the people around me to join.
