Petra Hedengran

Ms. Petra Hedengran serves as Head of Corporate Governance &a; Compliance and General Counsel at Investor AB. Ms. Hedengran has been a Member of the Management Group at Investor AB since March 2007. She serves as Partner and Head of Banking and Financing Group at Advokatfirman Lindahl. She served as Managing Director of Corporate Governance &a; Compliance of Investor AB since March 2007. She served as the Chief Legal Officer of Investor AB. She served as the General Counsel and Head of Legal Department at ABB Financial Services AB and was responsible for the Nordic region from 1998 to 2002. She was an Assistant Judge at Stockholms Tingsrätt and an Associate at Gunnar Lindhs Advokatbyrå. Ms. Hedengran serves as Director of Lindorff Group AB. She serves on a number of Boards, including Swedish Export Credit Corporation and Swedish Ships´Mortgage Bank. She served as Deputy Director at Svensk Exportkredit AB since June 2000.
