Customer Service and Administration have been my focus for the pasted 5 years. Working within different industries has given me a wide set of skills that have improved my professional and personal life. My favourite part of working in customer services and/or administration is that you have an overview of everything that is happening in the business which meant I have to communicate with all different departments and learn or have and understanding of how each department works and how they all liaise with each other to bring customer the best experience. I have always been curious, proactive and very organised so working within a customer service or administrative role has given me the opportunity to explore the vast world of departments within a business along with a range of skills that have helped me become a better professional.
