Project management Tool. • Chemistry development formulation: Wet selective etch and clean chemistry (Acid-Based/Solvent/ Emulsions, etc.) development for various applications, for eg. Removal of target thin film (Dielectric and metal film, hard mask) and micro contaminations (debris, epoxy, slurry, particulates, etc) on material surface with the need for protection of surface material/anti-corrosion and surface coating etc. • Process and equipment development for Precision part and surface cleaning/etching in micron/nano level: Ultrasonic, Megasonic, Mechanical/Sonic Brush, Microfiber cloth wiping, High-Pressure spray, Plasma clean, CO2 snow clean, etc. • Chemical engineering: Experimental design and analysis. R&D of the chemical process from lab scale to pilot scale until mass production. Process, and equipment design/spec with universal safety standard (EHS) • Analytical and lab skills: SEM/EDX, AFM, XPS, TOF-SIMs, etc. Chemical and substance analysis: GC, HPLC, FTIR, Raman, ICP-OES, UV-spectro. Surface and interfacial tension, Contact angle measurement, Zeta potential. Chemistry/Polymers Solubility modeling. Chemical lab management with safety compliance. • Statistical and control methods: Stat analysis and tool (Minitab/JMP), DOE, hypothesis testing • Quality control, assurance, and risk management/analysis (FMEA). • People management: Supervisor of 6 technicians/operators, and 2 engineers.
