Phil Brunkard

Phil has over 22 years’ experience in ICT leadership, business and technology consultancy and Enterprise Architecture working across numerous roles and covering sectors such as Local and Central Government, Health, Police, Utilities and the Private Sector. Phil is BT’s Chief Information Officer for Regional Government and Health across UK & Ireland. His role is to ensure BT's technologies deliver innovative solutions to meet his customers' business challenges and needs. He works with local government bodies, universities, housing and health organisations across the UK to help them make their digital transformation a success. He is a great believer in innovation and technology as enablers for positive change. His other interests include smart cities, IoT and he passionately advocates for greater tech literacy for future generations. He enjoys music composition and keeping fit and lives in West Yorkshire, married with three teenage boys.
