Phil Hickey

My strengths lie in electrical management, successfully developing, inspecting and auditing processes. I have a number of years of experience across multiple industries, and specialist skills in construction,commissioning, and as an Electrical Supervisor. I work continuously to keep up to date in a safety conscious environment, and always try to understand the bigger picture. I can then use my excellent communication skills, imagination and adaptability to continuously develop successful projects, provide E&I construction/ commissioning support and solve problems. A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual, I have extensive experience of directing quality and planning requirements, process re-engineering, motivating staff and providing instruction. With the ability to see technical and safety needs, I drive change and achieve results. I greatly enjoy working on my own initiative, or as part of a team, and I am especially proud that I always demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet critical deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I will perform safely, and to the best of my abilities, at all times. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods, on a regular basis I oversee the execution of routine scheduled maintenance work and respond to equipment faults, ensuring overall compliance with all electrical codes. Working alone, or as part of a team, I can find the most cost efficient and safe ways to deliver a project schedule be it in construction, commissioning or maintenance environment. Throughout my career, I have consistently impressed business leaders with my ability to deliver results.
