Phil alongside his wife, Tammy, founded the fast-growing Influence Church where he is Sr. Pastor. He also founded Influence Music, a faith-based record company and artist collective that exploded into a profitable major label, signed a record deal with Capitol Records and whose first album “Touching Heaven” hit #1 on both Billboard and Christian charts.
