Phil Lunn

From a young age, playing team sports has been one of my passions. Come rain or shine, my parents would take me everywhere, cheering me on whatever the result. They taught me that you don’t have to always be at your best to give your best. I learned how to be grateful for the highs and gracious with the lows. The values my parents instilled in me are reflected in the choices I’ve taken in my career, always encouraging me to bring the best out of myself and those around me. Combining my passion for sports and a desire to nurture and develop others, I joined a professional football club, coaching children from schools all over the West Midlands. Being mentored by a former England international, Division 1 (Premier League) and European Cup (Champions League) winning footballer, I was able to refine my techniques to the benefit of those I was coaching. Their skills, discipline and understanding of the game improved and it was an absolute pleasure to see them play with pride. One of our soccer school attendees went on herself to play club football all over the world, as well as represent England. As a training & assessment specialist, I’m responsible for all aspects of the training cycle, from analysis, design, and delivery to assessment and evaluation. Articulate, agile, and innovative, I combine a professional and confident approach to improving employee performance and nurturing talent, helping create an environment for business growth and success. I am passionate about tailoring training solutions to meet and exceed the bespoke needs of clients and organisations.
