I view challenging problems as opportunities for creativity and cannot wait to begin solutioning. I enjoy working on consumer apps and go- to-market strategies. Work is an extension of my personal values. It is important for me to work with passionate, compassionate collaborative teammates. I’ve developed consumer focused technology products in the retail, fintech, media and healthcare industries. When building teams, I believe in finding the right cultural fit is just as important as skills and aptitude. I’ve built highly respected multi-discipline teams to deliver products. I set a high bar for the team and provide support. As a manager my team’s success is my first priority. My teams respond by strong collaboration and great teamwork. I use a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to product management. Data guides decisions, ideas are validated early and often. I work cross functionally over department and organizational boundaries to deliver high quality products and solutions.
