My real estate career began with the PMZ Family immediately after College graduation in 1974. I am a lifelong resident of Modesto so possess the local knowledge, experience and expertise to exceed my clients expectations. As a young athlete, you develop a great work ethic and strong discipline to succeed. You establish goals for your personal and professional life. After graduating from College you take that same discipline and work ethic to the next level and build upon it a strong foundation and the will to succeed and exceed your own expectations. We specialize in all facets of residential real estate. We work closely with buyers and sellers in every price range, highly specialize in corporate relocation working with our areas top employers, and work closely with attorneys in estate planning, probate, property valuations for the purpose of selling and/or establishing a new value basis. I also do free consultations for anyone in need of real estate advice and/or counseling. Often times buyers and sellers don't know what to do or where to turn so I'm always available to help! I'm a two-time past President of the Central Valley Association of Realtors and past Board Member. I am also a past Director for the California Association of Realtors and am a member of the National Association of Realtors.
