Phil Wilson

Mining industry professional, with over 35 years experience in diverse commodities in a range of countries. Phil graduated from the Camborne School of Mines in 1985. He spent 11 years in South Africa working for Gencor before joining Glencore where he worked mainly in Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Turkey. In 2004 Phil joined Barrick in Toronto and spent several years working on the Reko Diq Project in Pakistan where he managed the scoping, pre-feas, feas & expansion pre-feas studies before joining Franco Nevada in the fall of 2010 where he is responsible for technical due diligence and reviews of Franco’s royalty & streaming investments totalling over $5B. In his career, Phil has undertaken assignments at nearly 200 mines & properties in over 40 countries.
