Philip Caleb

I'm a Pre-Contracts Coordinator who has worked within the civil engineering and Land surveying sectors for 4 years before joining Modus. Having completed a MSc degree in Project Management, Finance and Risk from City University London, has equipped me with the necessary tools and skill sets to be efficient in the various stages of managing projects from a pre-construction stage through to completion. I have also obtained an undergraduate degree in Geomatics Engineering which has stemmed the desire and interest in building and surveying sectors. Having worked as an Estimator within the building, construction industries and successfully pricing major civil engineering and building works which were also inclusive of office fit out projects. At Modus my responsibilities include cost estimating, financial reporting, project management and obtaining landlord and statutory approvals. I am a team player that can adapt to the pressures of demanding situations to ensure that the pre-construction stage of projects are ran robustly and delivered on time.
