He subsequently completed his spine surgery fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City before returning home to work in Seattle. Additionally, he has a strong interest in digital patient engagement (as his work with STREAMD) and has published various write-ups on his clinical experiences in this growing space.
