Philip Nelson

Passionate advocate and campaigner in the fight to create a fairer and more equal world, and a history buff. My work within executive search over the past 14 years and as a Trustee has provided me with a unique opportunity to develop long term relationships with senior figures within the commercial, financial services, academic, public and not for profit sectors and within government and Parliament, but more importantly to work with and support individuals and organisations creating positive change. I served as the Founder Chair of the 7/7 Memorial Trust, the only charity established to support the 800 injured and the 52 families bereaved in the London Bombings and worked with Tessa Jowell to deliver the 10th anniversary commemorations and I currently serve as a trustee of Coram Beanstalk, the national literacy charity, and as a Member of the Survivors Advisory Forum at the National Emergencies Trust. I have also built an enviable reputation within executive search as a consequence of my understanding of the sectors within which I work, my connections, the strength and quality of the shortlists I am able to deliver and my palpable commitment to supporting clients to achieve the diversity they seek.
