One of my greatest work achievement was taking and area of the business that was limping along an transforming it in to a very profitable area of the business. In 2015 in a downturn of the economy, our pump shop was empty and i saw an opportunity to change the way we did pump repair. By listening to the customers needs , developing detailed reports and managing customers repairs I was apart of team that over the next 4 years brought millions into pump repair including going from 2 mechanic to 12. This demonstrates my ability to see a need , develop a plan , manage and change the plan as needed and work with customers. I love the outdoors , especially snowboarding , diving under waves in the ocean , flying planes and adventures
