I expanded my knowledge of a general finance background after working as a Business Development Assistant for NRG Recruitment, working on tenders and proposals. I currently work for NEWCASTLE City Council and after being here for circa 10 years I have a wealth experience of the service we provide and the people we work with in the public and in-house. The Business Management department is a very important function which allows the whole of the People Directorate to run efficiently and Fairly. I would class myself as a very reliable, hardworking and an experienced member of the team who now feels ready - should the opportunity arise, to take on further responsibility.
