Philip is a digital technology leader with twenty years experience across automotive, retail and high-end manufacturing sectors. His passion lies in driving new IT initiatives and organizational change management, with written success in IT strategic planning and leading transformation program, and obtained the Digital Transformation Award by HKRTIA in 2021.He has track record in driving digital and IT transformation programmes with the world's two largest automotive dealer groups, and was served as the Regional IT Director in a leading global brand of premium travel, played the lead role in strategic planning and directed regional service operations on enterprise systems, cyber security and network infrastructure. Being a key business team member in Asia with technical leadership to drive the digital transformation and M&A IT integration.He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London, Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a professional certificate in FinTech from the University of Oxford. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional and received technical certifications from Cisco, Microsoft and ISO27001.
