Philippa Bourne

I am a confident, trustworthy and diligent worker. Through various roles I have developed the ability to tailor my skill set, attributes, and experience accordingly to better assist my team and to remain adaptable to the role or task assigned to me. I am a quick and competent learner as well as an analytical thinker, which are traits that have been essential in my leadership and management roles throughout my work history. The gaming industry has always been a huge part of my life and I have been lucky enough to work my way up within the industry. I began this journey working in retail at GAME to then being employed at gaming events like RTX, E3 and the Insomnia Gaming Festival. These experiences have provided me with a better understanding of the industry. Due to this foundation, I was able to obtain a role in QA as a tester but was quickly promoted to a QA Lead as well as the additional role in Training and Development. My goal is to continue honing my skills and improve my knowledge so that I can progress even further.
