Philippa Rigby

I am a Corporate Associate in Pinsent Masons’ London office, specialising predominantly in private equity, private M&A, complex reorganisations and joint ventures. I focus on the retail, technology and real estate sectors. My clients typically range from international plcs to owner managers.   A people person, I prioritise client relationships and work hard to deliver my clients’ priorities - be it efficiency, technical excellence or practical advice (or all of the above!). I am also a member of Pinsent Masons’ inaugural ‘Spark Board’. Alongside seven others, I have been appointed by our firms’ global Board to bring diversity of thought to our decision making bodies by considering and presenting views and recommendations on a number of advisory and ‘big picture thinking’ projects.
