I am leading innovation for Nestlé Waters global portfolio since October 2020. I’m convinced that innovation is what allows a company to meet constantly evolving consumer needs and build sustainable businesses. If you don’t innovate and challenge yourself, you die. I am proud to belong to the Nestlé family for 20+ years. 20+ years of learning. From Nestlé Purina Petcare for 18 years to Nestlé Waters, I have been constantly moving between global and local positions and am convinced that having the right balance of strategic thinking and execution is crucial to stay ahead of competition with our brands. I always thrive to remain close to the markets and to consumers, to listen and be extremely humble as things change very fast ! Innovation is about taking risks and accepting you may fail because you will learn from these failures. It is about collaboration, meeting people with different expertise and viewpoints to challenge our own perceptions and reach a higher level of creative thinking. It is now more and more about thinking for the planet, with sustainability at heart. My ambition is to be a positive and innovative leader, valuing creativity and optimism and participating in the creation of better products, services and solutions to please our consumers, and step by step for a better world!
