- Independent Director: On-going mandates within small companies, search for mandates within small and midcaps to support them in the acceleration of their growth under a sustainable model, and in the needed transformations. - Group CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Business Partner to the CEO and to the operations, in groups under international development or transformation More than 25 years experience in the management of Finance and support functions to the benefit of demanding groups,either listed or non listed,with a major international exposure, fast growing or going through a transformation, in a wide range of business sectors (industry,engineering and services,long or short activity cycles, retail in the last years), including 15 years as Group CFO. Experience of complex backgrounds, matrix organizations, lead of transversal projects and hierarchical or functional management of sizable teams in a multicultural environment, a significant path having taken place in groups with a strong entrepreneurial culture. Expertise areas : -Management and reshaping of support functions under the responsability of the Group CFO ( Finance/Management control, legal,IT,Internal Audit, M&A, Purchasing) -Steering of transversal projects aimed at improving productivity (ERP, SSC, cash-pooling, cash management), closing faster, enhancing Cash awareness, completing or integrating acquisitions/divestitures -Corporate Performance Management based on adequate IT tools, including crisis management ( lead of cost containment and assets focus programs ) -Experience of critical transformation processes (merger, change of business model, IT and Finance reshaping), and related change management -Risk Management (mapping, best practices, internal audit , reinsurance captive) -Corporate Finance (financing of acquisitions and major projects / capex, stock-exchange listing) and management of liquidity issues
