Phillip Olivier

I am a professional scientist with extensive experience in the environmental industry. I am a punctual and energetic individual eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. I am self-motivated and eager, thrive on setting goals and achieving them. In my current role, my expertise lies in successfully managing operational processes, developing best practices, planning inventory, monitoring equipment and personnel activities, and leveraging internal systems to facilitate improved efficiency and performance. One of my achievements have been to be an integral part of the team which developed and implemented the only known successfully functioning wildlife virtual fence in the world, having successfully kept baboons out of the Town of Gordon's Bay since 21 January 2016. I have been able to teach myself a variety of things, such as using different software tools (QGIS software, photography and basic IT including the creation of a web page to market my business).
