Phoebe Cuevas Molina, PE

Phoebe currently works at Erdman Anthony as a Civil Design Engineer. Her last position was with the City of Columbia, Columbia Water, Engineering Department performing design and project management tasks for water, sewer, and stormwater projects. Previously, Phoebe was a Project Engineer in Training at GAI Consultants, Inc. She has designed erosion and sedimentation control plans as well as stormwater management plans for PA, WV, and VA. Additionally, Phoebe evaluates traffic noise through the use of FHWA's Traffic Noise Model program. Prior to joining GAI, Phoebe worked as a Design Engineer for Exelon Nuclear at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. While working in nuclear, she was involved with the North American Young Generation in Nuclear and was awarded the 2008 Excellence Award. Phoebe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and a Master's degree in Sustainability and Green Design, Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She also is a LEED AP BD+C. Fully bilingual: English and Spanish
