𝐈'𝐦 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮?I've always been fascinated with creating strategies, driving performances and most importantly, helping and empowering others. I thrive in fast-paced, ever-growing and innovative organizations where I am constantly challenged outside my comfort zone, which is perhaps some of the main reasons how HR Management found its way into my life, and why I am enthusiastically in pursuit in return. I am excited for all things people development, talent management and business strategizing. I have been so fortunate, and I thank my lucky stars that I get to do what I love every single day. Outside of work, you can almost always find me chilling with a Spotify playlist-of-the-month (yes, I do do that 🎶), a good cup of authentic Vietnamese "bạc sỉu đá" ☕️ (or "Asian Dolce Latte" in Starbucks term but the quality is in no way comparable!), and whatever is my current-read on Kindle. Though not a first-gen college grad, I am a first-gen study-abroad grad of a big and loving family, so I know and share the struggles that many international students are/will be going through.
